One of Chef T's signature dish! Organic chicken that has been marinated in a special blend of herbs and spices then sauteed in a cast-iron skillet with another array of herbs and spices, fresh garlic and other "goodness", paired with a sweet-potato mash and sauteed collard greens. OH MY!

Oxtails and Grits:
Oxtails cooked for 10-12 hours in Chef T's original bourbon, brown sugar, fresh garlic and ginger concoction, with a slight hint of cayenne. Meat so tender, you don't even need a fork, eat 'em like you eatin' crawfish; served atop grits and topped wit fresh scallions.
Surfin' Saturday's: Fish of the day fried to perfection and paired with Chef T's special Sauce!
